Chuck Lewin,

 Chuck Lewin has worked in the business and non-profit worlds for more than twenty-five years. In 1979 he co-founded L&M Software, a developer of software for the personal computer market. In 1991 he founded and managed Performance Motion Devices, Inc., a manufacturer of motion control electronics and software. In 2006 Mr. Lewin founded New Generation Energy, where he is executive director and primary architect of NGE's innovative financing and project development system.

Jessica Graf,

Jessica Graf is an attorney who concentrates her practice in real estate finance, environmental law, land use, and energy projects. She focuses on the tax and business issues of raising investor capital and regularly advises energy industry clients on a wide variety of environmental counseling and permitting issues. Her experience includes regulatory, transactional and project development matters for renewable energy and other energy projects. Ms. Graf regularly advises energy industry clients on a wide variety of environmental counseling and permitting issues and is also a frequent speaker on renewable energy facility development.  

Susan Alvey,

Susan Alvey is an expert in organizational and leadership development. She designs and delivers groundbreaking leadership development solutions for corporate clients and works closely with executives to ensure that their leadership capabilities support their business strategy. She works to align structures, leadership roles, and incentives to optimize organizational functioning. She earned a BA from Smith College, an MBA from Northeastern University, and her Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Her doctoral research focused on trust relationships within executive coaching. Current clients include health care, financial services, and technology firms. She also teaches in Babson College’s Fast Track MBA program.

George Demoulias,

George Demoulias is presently an Assistant Vice President at State Street Bank and Trust Company in Boston, MA. He is responsible for investing State Street’s capital in domestic energy projects and performs transaction due diligence such as market research, financial modeling, valuation analysis, and risk analyses. He also manages the day-to-day operations of the investment portfolios while identifying new areas for energy investments and prospect for new investment opportunities. George is also an angel investor in a specialty retail chain venture. George is a graduate of Bentley College where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. He is currently in his final year at Boston College where he will graduate with a Masters in Business Administration with a focus in strategy and finance.

Jan Hunter,

In her broadcast media career, Jan Hunter held major roles at newsrooms in both Boston and New York, producing and delivering interviews with politicians and newsmakers, and other impact stories of all kinds. Jan served as Corporate Public Relations Director at the Boston advertising agency RGS&H, where she supervised corporate public relations activities for a range of top name brands. Later, in forming her own consultancy, she developed PR programs that built name awareness for clients including Wainwright Bank, Star Markets, Ecco Shoes, Chatham Bars Inn and Citizens Funds. Jan co-founded Dunbar Hunter & Associates, a full-service marketing communications agency that specialized in cause-related marketing, and served clients including The National Museum of Women in the Arts and Harvard Medical School’s Division on Addictions. Jan presently serves as president of Hunter+Co Communications, a full-service consultancy with a diverse range of clients including financial services, consumer, hospitality, retail and new media companies.

 

Karen Katz,

Karen Katz is an executive account manager for complex properties at Thomson Reuters. She has served as a business development executive at Mintz Levin, and with Law Practice Consultants LLC, where she specialized in business development training, coaching and strategy. Ms. Katz also serves on the Board of The Capital Network. Ms. Katz has written articles for numerous publications, and has been featured in the Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly, New England In-House, the Boston Business Journal, Philadelphia’s Legal Intelligencer and the Boston Globe. She is the author of "AttorneyMan Conquers Cha Chingi Changa LLP". In 2001, she was selected as one of the Boston Business Journal’s 40 under 40 for her accomplishments in the business community.
